Galuh Rarasanti (Rara) is an international affairs and strategic engagement professional with over 17 years of experience across global programme coordination, multilateral diplomacy, and stakeholder engagement. Her career spans senior roles within the International Maritime Organization and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia, where she has led initiatives involving international cooperation, crisis coordination, diversity and inclusion, and complex policy negotiations across bilateral, regional, and global platforms.
Throughout her career, Rara has worked at the intersection of strategy, international relations, and organisational development, advising senior leadership and coordinating stakeholders across governments, UN agencies, and private sector partners. She is particularly recognised for her ability to navigate complex multicultural environments, build consensus among diverse actors, and drive initiatives that strengthen institutional effectiveness and global collaboration.
