RAISHA DIAMAR
Raisha Diamar is a sustainability and ESG strategy specialist in helping organisations integrate responsible business practices into commercially effective and future-focused strategies. With a background in legal advisory work on financing transactions and financial services, she brings a strong understanding of the intersection between governance, regulation, investment, and sustainable business transformation.
She advises corporations on developing ESG implementation frameworks, strengthening governance structures, and aligning corporate policies with international sustainability standards and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her work focuses on translating complex ESG principles into practical, actionable strategies that support long-term resilience, stakeholder confidence, and sustainable growth.
Raisha holds a postgraduate LL.M. from King’s College London, where her research explored the role of private finance in infrastructure development through the lens of ESG integration, including governance safeguards, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable project outcomes. This perspective continues to shape her advisory approach, combining strategic insight with practical implementation.
Through her consulting work, Raisha supports clients in assessing ESG readiness, designing implementation roadmaps, and embedding sustainability considerations into corporate decision-making and governance processes. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations move beyond compliance-driven approaches towards meaningful, measurable, and strategically aligned ESG integration.
